Job Description:

A prestigious golf club located in Montreal, Anjou, is looking for a temporary receptionist for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of an extension or even a move to a permanent position.

The role involves reception and administrative support responsibilities.

Requirements:
French-English bilingualism required
Full-time status, with a flexible time range of 32 to 40 hours per week depending on the candidate's preferences.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, route and filter telephone calls while responding to various customer requests;
  • Greet people at the reception in a professional manner;
  • Responsible for filing files;
  • Manage and make appointments for golfers via Lightspeed software;
  • Manage the inventory of office supplies and restock them;
  • Collaborate closely with the accounting department;
  • Perform various administrative related tasks.
Qualifications

  • Reliable and professional;
  • Have a very good sense of organization and attention to detail;
  • Be respectful of the instructions received;
  • Mastery of the following IT tools:
o the Office suite (more specifically Excel)
o current use of Outlook
