**About the role**
We’re looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team
**What you’ll do here**:
- Greet incoming visitors at reception and notify the appropriate person of arrival.
- Maintain and update telephone lists.
- Maintain reception area and nearby boardrooms.
- Manage scanning for electronic mail.
- Provide support for mail room and Administrative Assistants when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
**What you bring to the table**:
- College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two (2) years of administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Can work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced office
- Must be highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Bilingual: French-English _Requires answering calls and providing service to an English-speaking clientele on a regular basis._
LI-Hybrid
** Need to be at the office now in Anjou 2 weeks out of three, starting as July the office will be in Laval; Espace Montmorency **
