Bartender

Corner Collection está buscando un Bartender apasionado para unirse a nuestro equipo. Como Bartender, tu prioridad será proporcionar un servicio excepcional a los huéspedes anticipando sus necesidades y asegurando una experiencia personalizada en la barra.

Responsabilidades:

  • Proporcionar a nuestros huéspedes una bienvenida cálida y personalizada, incluso durante períodos de alta demanda.
  • Ofrecer a los huéspedes un servicio impecable y ayudarles a tener experiencias memorables en nuestra establecimiento.
  • Preparar y servir cócteles y bebidas con experticia y entusiasmo.
  • Describir la lista de vinos y bebidas, hacer recomendaciones a nuestros huéspedes y sugerir pares de comida y vino adecuados.
  • Anticipar las necesidades de nuestros huéspedes y responder rápidamente a sus solicitudes mientras superan sus expectativas.
  • Configurar la barra y mantener el área de trabajo limpio.
  • Ser un mixólogo talentoso, siempre en busca de las últimas tendencias de bebidas.
  • Preparar decoraciones y abastecer de hielo, cristalería y productos de papel.
  • Preparar y presentar a los huéspedes sus facturas y recoger el pago.
  • Trabajar en equipo y comunicarse positivamente con otros miembros del equipo de Corner.
  • Mantener una apariencia profesional y interactuar con nuestros huéspedes, asegurando que se sientan acogidos y valorados.
  • Ser conocedor de las ofertas del hotel y los horarios para proporcionar información integral a los huéspedes.

Otras tareas pueden asignarse, por lo que estamos contando con tu flexibilidad y recursos.

Requisitos:

  • Graduado en mixología o experiencia significativa en el campo, con un fuerte interés en crear nuevas recetas de cócteles e innovación.
  • Tienes la energía, la resistencia y la disponibilidad para este rol demandante, con horarios flexibles que incluyen noches, fines de semana y festividades.
  • Eres bilingüe en francés e inglés para una comunicación efectiva con un cliente internacional.
  • Mantienes estándares de servicio ejemplares.
  • Eres apasionado, amigable y profesional, con una actitud positiva y entusiasmo contagioso.
