Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
- Stay up-to-date on drink menus and specials, making recommendations to guests as needed
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of drink menus and specials, with the ability to make recommendations to guests
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
