We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Corner Collection, a prestigious hospitality company. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by anticipating their needs and ensuring a personalized experience at the bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Service
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond quickly to their requests
- Offer personalized service and help guests have memorable experiences
- Prepare and Serve Beverages
- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages with expertise and enthusiasm
- Describe the wine and beverage list, make recommendations, and suggest food pairings
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Bar
- Set up the bar and keep the work area clean
- Prepare garnishes, stock up on supplies, and maintain a well-stocked bar
- Work as a Team
- Communicate positively with other team members
- Work collaboratively to provide exceptional service
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Graduated in mixology or significant experience in the field
- Skills and Qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of wine and beverages
- Passion for creating new cocktail recipes and innovation
- Language
- Bilingual in French and English
