Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment in our manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain and repair machinery and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning and inspection of equipment
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical problems
- Work with electrical and hydraulic systems
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals
- Millwright Certificate of Qualification (426A or 433A)
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Proof of completion of a Mechanical or Tool and Die course from a community or recognized college program
- Minimum two years' experience as an Industrial / Construction Journeyman
- Experience with Fanuc Robotics, Laser Cutting, CNC Benders, Hydroform and Hot Stamp Presses, Roll forming, Robotic Welding and component assembly
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems
- Ability to multitask and work with attention to detail and accuracy
- $45.42 per hour + shift premiums
- Shifts rotate every 2 weeks between Days/Afternoons and Midnights
- Shift Premiums of $0.85/hour (afternoons) and $1.35/hour (midnights)
- Vacation = 2 weeks of paid vacation (3 weeks after 3 years) + 3 Company Paid holidays + 2x 1⁄2 days = 14 days annually
