About the Role:

Masco Canada Limited is seeking a skilled Millwright Technician to join our team. As a Millwright Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of our facility and production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production.
  • Support production with day-to-day troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
  • Complete preventive maintenance as required to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Rebuild and install equipment as needed to maintain production levels.
  • Fabricate parts as required to support equipment maintenance.
  • Accurately document maintenance work orders, including hours worked and notes.
  • Contribute to a safe and clean work environment by maintaining the maintenance department.
  • Be willing to work a two-week shift rotation to support production needs.

Requirements:

  • O.S.S.D or equivalent.
  • Industrial Millwright License (Red Seal).
  • Certificate of Apprenticeship.
  • Successful completion of any pre-employment testing.
