Millwright Technician

About the Role:
Masco Canada Limited is seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. As a Millwright, you will play a critical role in supporting the maintenance of our facility and production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations.
- Support production with day-to-day troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
- Complete preventive maintenance as required to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Rebuild and install equipment as needed to maintain production levels.
- Fabricate parts and components as required to support equipment repair and maintenance.
- Accurately document maintenance work orders, including hours worked and notes.
- Contribute to a safe and clean work environment by maintaining the maintenance department.
- Be willing to work a two-week shift rotation to support the needs of the production team.
Requirements:
- O.S.S.D or equivalent.
- Industrial Millwright License (Red Seal).
- Certificate of Apprenticeship.
- Successful completion of any pre-employment testing.
