Millwright Technician

About the Role
Magna is seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating and cleaning equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Repair and replace defective parts
- Work with a team to ensure efficient production and meet quality standards
Requirements
- Millwright Certificate of Qualification (426A or 433A)
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Proof of completion of a Mechanical or Tool and Die course from a community or recognized college program consisting of 4 years or more
- Minimum two years' experience as an Industrial / Construction Journeyman
Benefits
- $45.42 per hour + shift premiums
- Shifts rotate every 2 weeks between Days/Afternoons and Midnights
- Shift Premiums of $0.85/hour (afternoons and $1.35/hour (midnights)
