Job Title: Director Protective Services and Emergency Management

At Health Careers in Saskatchewan, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Protective Services and Emergency Management team.

Job Summary

The Director, Protective Services, Health Emergency Management and Parking Services is a key leader in Saskatchewan healthcare, partnering with system leaders to achieve our province's healthcare goals. This role requires a strong leader who can contribute to the development and achievement of strategy by articulating gaps and needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute operational and business plans, including cascading, monitoring, reporting, and course correction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations.
  • Develop partnerships and work closely with system and community partners.
  • Support strategy through the development and execution of operational and business plans.
Requirements
  • Seven (7) years leadership experience.
  • Experience in strategic planning.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable.
  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Travel Requirements

Travel within the region and provincially.
