Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing, Sales and Promotion:
    • Promote the hotel, long-stay units, and restaurant through targeted marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
    • Build strong relationships with travel agencies, magazines, and tourism organizations.
    • Create and execute sales plans to drive occupancy for the hotel's 28 rooms and 13 long-stay units.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Coordinate and oversee the execution of weddings and events.
    • Manage event logistics, including scheduling, staffing, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Hotel Management:
    • Assist the Hotel General Manager by overseeing hotel operations and staff management during their absence.
  • Front Desk Duties:
    • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and provide guest services as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
