SUMMARY

Netagen is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pursuing new large enterprise accounts, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective account planning and presentation of our offerings.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pursuing New Large Enterprise Accounts: Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities within large enterprise segments to expand Netagen's client base.
  • Manage Existing Relationships: Nurture and maintain relationships with existing large enterprise clients, including conducting account planning and forecasting activities to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Promote Vendor Solutions & Services: Present and advocate for the benefits of Netagen's top vendor solutions and services to prospective clients.
  • Facilitate Win / Loss Review Sessions: Collaborate with the operations team to effectively transition completed sales, conducting internal review sessions for continous improvement.
  • Lead Netagen Team-Based Approach: Foster a collaborative environment wihtin the Netagen team to pursue new large enterprise accounts and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets as assigned by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Prepare Client Presentations & Quotations: Develop compelling client presentations and quotations to effectively communicate the value proposition of Netagen's offerings.
  • Obtain Vendor Sales Certifications: Obtain and maintain vendor sales certifications to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Attend Webinars & Events: Participate in vendor webinars and industry events to enhance product knowledge and stay informed about market developments.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • University or College degree in technology or business an
  • 3+ years experience sales experience
  • Experience with Commercial Enterprise customers considered an
  • Solid understanding of IP Networking, WLAN and UC/CC solutions
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Comfortable making presentations to C-level / VP / Directors
  • Sound understanding of business principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, with strong leadership qualities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Self-starter with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in desktop sales aides and business communications, including email, proposal writing, video presentations, and financial analysis.
  • Eagerness to continuously learn about new technology, business trends, and developments.
