Lead a team of associates to drive profitable store sales, provide excellent customer service, and maintain store operations in accordance with company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive profitable sales through achievement of sales and profit goals, budget management, and sales forecasts.
- Create operational plans, prioritize tasks, and provide clear direction to managers and associates.
- Execute and monitor asset protection and safety controls, maintain quality assurance standards, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Serve customers as an ambassador for the store, greet customers, seek feedback, and resolve customer needs and complaints.
- Support store initiatives to serve the community, participate in community events, and develop relationships with key community groups.
- Lead associates by conducting regular store meetings, communicating operational direction, and driving engagement and recognition.
- Demonstrate company values by holding associates accountable through timely, honest, and respectful performance feedback and corrective action.
- Comply with company standards and procedures when handling merchandise, including cash controls and handling large amounts of cash.
