Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Lead to join our team at Laura Canada. As an Inventory Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of inventory in, out, and around our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Execute daily pick and pack processes to fulfill online orders, maintain stockroom inventory accuracy, and conduct daily replenishment of items sold from within the store.
  • Receiving and Stocking: Unpack, scan backstock, steam if applicable, and place merchandise on sales floors expeditiously, according to company standards.
  • Markdowns and Transfers: Periodically adjust ticketed prices for selected merchandise storewide and prepare stock for transfer to other stores according to company standards.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Maintain accurate inventory levels and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist as needed with operational activities such as cashier duties and other POS tasks, steaming, and visual merchandising.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role - retail environment preferred.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in inventory management systems.
  • Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative and is exceptionally organized.
