The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional shopping experience, maximize sales conversion, and exceed customers' expectations by providing the highest level of care and service. They will also ensure orders are processed timely and accurately, address any order adjustments and billing corrections, and support post-purchase ownership experience.

The E-commerce Sales Consultant will work closely with E-Commerce, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to understand sales goals, product positioning, and market trends. They will align communication with overall marketing and business objectives and utilize monthly reports to measure performance based on identified key performance indicators (KPIs).

The successful candidate will have an Associate's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent work experience. They will have customer service and sales experience, a track record of sales success, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will also be computer literate with typing skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional shopping experience through ordering via email, phone, online chat, or text
  • Maximize sales conversion through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and follow-through calls and emails
  • Exceed customers' expectations by providing the highest level of care and service
  • Ensure orders are processed timely and accurately
  • Address any order adjustments and billing corrections
  • Support post-purchase ownership experience
  • Work closely with E-Commerce, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams
  • Align communication with overall marketing and business objectives
  • Utilize monthly reports to measure performance
