**General Foreman Role Summary**
Seeking experienced General Foreman to oversee commercial construction projects, manage budget, schedule, and performance, and lead on-site construction activities.

**Job Description**
As our General Foreman, you will be the right-hand to our Superintendent, overseeing all field and site-specific construction activities. You will manage budget, schedule, performance, and profitability of commercial construction projects while leading and inspiring the Chandos crew on-site.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist the Superintendent in providing leadership and direction for project activities
• Help identify and generate requests for information
• Plan, organize, and manage all site construction manpower and materials
• Complete required documentation, such as logbooks, safety records, and timesheets
• Monitor productivities throughout the project life cycle and make necessary corrections
• Manage subcontractor relationships to maintain timelines and scope of work
• Promote sustainable construction practices and minimize environmental impact

**Qualifications:**

• Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter certification
• Commercial and Civil construction experience
• At least 2 years experience as a supervisor
• Ability to travel and work out of town
