Bolton, Canada Titanium Full time

Drive net new revenue by prospecting companies that ship freight within North America, building a book of business through cold calls and emails, and developing long-term relationships with logistics management teams.

About the Role:

  • Prospect mid to large size shippers in North America, responsible for the full sales cycle from prospect to close.
  • Consult with customers to understand their transportation needs and develop strategies to expand wallet share.
  • Utilize tactical and consultative sales methodologies to maximize sales momentum and book of business.
  • Meet KPI's and quarterly/yearly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate net new business, research and qualify clients, and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly/annual quota.
  • Build and grow a book of business through cold calls and emails.
  • Develop long-term relationships across multiple levels of the Logistics Management team.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of proven quota attainment in a professional sales role or 1-year specific experience in the supply chain industry.
  • Experience of successfully generating net new business, researching/qualifying clients, and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Demonstrated track record of high performance, entrepreneurial spirit, and motivation by the thrill of a sale.
  • Problem solver willing to challenge the status quo.
