About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineering Specialist to join our team at BRP. As an Industrial Engineering Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting production and helping us optimize our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach internal clients and implement Lean strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with industrial engineering teams to provide production support and develop assembly lines with optimized operations.
  • Develop and implement specific work instructions to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Facilitate Kaizen workshops to optimize plants and introduce new models.
  • Link different information systems and tools to direct operators in their work and determine assistance required by operators.
  • Influence engineering to standardize methods and achieve effective mixed models.
  • Assess variations for each workstation to minimize them and participate in PFMEA.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in industrial engineering.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience.
  • Mandatory to speak French, with ability to communicate in English.
  • High proficiency with diagnostic tools such as VSM, material flow analysis, capacity analysis, etc.
  • Knowledge of CATIA, 3DVIA, and SAP software.
  • Proficiency in industrial engineering techniques and value-added concepts.
  • Ability to conduct time and motion studies to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Strong analysis and synthesis skills and independence.
  • Availability for day shift or occasional evening shift teams, as needed.
