About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team as a Product Development Specialist. As a key member of our New Product Development (NPD) team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of innovative products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing Architecture: Develop and maintain the manufacturing architecture for new products, ensuring alignment with company requirements and industry best practices.
  • Process Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient manufacturing processes, including cutting, assembly, and testing.
  • Non-Functional Requirements: Identify, communicate, and monitor non-functional manufacturing requirements, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Sequence Validation: Validate product sequences in the P1 and P3 phases, ensuring ergonomic, health, and safety considerations are met.
  • DFX and PFMEA: Support Design for Excellence (DFX) and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) processes, ensuring product quality and reliability.
  • NPD Governance: Contribute to NPD governance with the Project Leader, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategies.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments related to your key functions, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of potential issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English and French, with a strong command of both languages.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, Catia, 3DVIA, and SAP.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work in a multicultural environment.
