This is a 12-month contract opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Recognize business needs and collaborate with stakeholders
- Liaise with key stakeholders to gather information and develop plans
- Design and develop content for delivery methods
- Conduct advanced research and data analysis
- Troubleshoot issues and gather feedback
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors
- SuccessFactors module experience (RCM, RMK, LMS, EC) considered an asset
- 1+ years of experience coordinating projects and gathering business requirements
- Technical configuration experience
- Advanced MS Excel skills and presentation abilities
- Experience working in a large and complex environment
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
