Duties Include

  • Research and maintain current knowledge of related markets and industry, recognize and pursue corresponding sales opportunities
  • Act as primary contact for negotiations with both customers and vendors
  • Take initiative in planning, organizing and conducting special events for the purpose of promoting company services in specific markets
  • Work directly with the Senior Credit Manager in a supportive and proactive manner to optimize each sale opportunity and offer timely accommodating customer service to achieve expeditious agreement signups
  • Display professional accountability and enjoy working cooperatively within the sales division
  • Contribute to the development of the company by innovating creative strategies for discussion and approval, and have the ability to captain their implementation
  • Work with the company management to develop and recommend marketing and expansion strategies for Western Canada

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company objectives

  • Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong understanding of the equipment leasing industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
