Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop innovative menus and dishes that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage inventory and place orders with vendors to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Lead a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and mentorship to up-and-coming chefs.
- Train and supervise auxiliary kitchen staff to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure that all dishes meet the Hawksworth Restaurant standards of excellence.
- At least 2 years of management experience in a similar setting.
- Culinary school accreditation, Red Seal Certificate, or equivalent trade paper preferred.
