Community Investment Grants Program Manager

The City of Regina is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the Community Investment Grants Program. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community and contribute to the City's vision of building a vibrant and inclusive city.

About the Role
  • Manage the Community Investment Grants Program, including developing funding objectives, program guidelines, and adjudication processes.
  • Lead a team of subject matter experts to develop and implement community investment programs and opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a performance management program to assess the impact of community investments on citizens.
  • Promote community investment programs and opportunities through various media and community workshops.
  • Direct the adjudication of assigned committees and prepare reports for senior administration and City Council.
Key Qualifications
  • University degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in municipal government or a related governmental agency.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and performance management programs.
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and analyze issues.
  • Ability to develop and facilitate processes and partnerships.
Working Conditions
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel within the City.
  • May be required to work non-standard hours.
