Job Title: Property Leasing Coordinator

Nest Investments is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Leasing Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that lease agreements are executed and administered in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and manage contracts for property services, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Compile and maintain accurate records of operating expenses and income.
  • Prepare and submit expense and income reports to management.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in property leasing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
