Property Leasing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Leasing Coordinator to join our team at NEST INVESTMENTS. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our leasing activities.
Key Responsibilities- Lease Administration: Ensure that all lease agreements are executed and administered in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Contract Management: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, including maintenance and repairs.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operating expenses and income.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular expense and income reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
