About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Leasing Coordinator to join our team at NEST INVESTMENTS. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our leased properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer lease agreements and ensure compliance with terms and conditions
  • Prepare and manage contracts for property services, including maintenance and repairs
  • Coordinate the implementation of maintenance and renovation projects
  • Compile and maintain records of operating expenses and income
  • Prepare expense and income reports for management review
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
