About the Role

Cintas is seeking a skilled Account Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining, retaining, and growing customers through effective relationship-building within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to ensure timely implementations of all customer programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to exceed their expectations, service and quality standards.
  • Position Cintas as the leader in our industry by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of business experience with a focus on customer relationship management.
  • Possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED. Bachelor's Degree.
  • Customer relations and/or business-to-business sales experience with a focus on selling products and/or providing service to a broad customer/prospect base.
