Job Summary:

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a detail-oriented individual to coordinate deliveries and provide exceptional customer service. As a Rental Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of rentals to our guests, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate deliveries of rentals to guests, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Communicate with guests and internal teams to confirm delivery details and resolve any issues
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and guest interactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues independently
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required
