Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Whistler 99 Courier and Freightways Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery process, supervising drivers, and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages
  • Recommend measures to improve work methods and processes
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet customer demands
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and a team player attitude
Working Conditions

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to work a regular 32 to 40 hour workweek with occasional overtime as needed.
