Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Combustion Solutions Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units and departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on supply chain performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language: Fluency in English.
