Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Engagement and Talent Management Specialist to join our team at 848357 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and engage employees, ensuring a high-performing workforce that aligns with the organization's vision and goals.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and productivity, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for growth and development.
  • Workforce Planning: Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, informing strategic workforce planning decisions.
  • HRIS and Technology: Manage and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and implementing technology solutions to streamline HR processes.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, resolving conflicts and addressing concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, identifying and mitigating risks to the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent management and employee engagement.
  • Certifications: CHRP designation or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
