The Role
As a key member of our team the Facilities Supervisor will oversee general building and property maintenance, including routine upkeep of pools, hot tubs, and the boiler room. Responsibilities involve operating CMMS to delegate tasks, supervising the facilities team, and ensuring high maintenance standards. The role requires strict adherence to safety procedures and the ability to detect and report faulty operations, maintaining equipment, and supporting operations personnel.
Your contributions to the team include:
  • Assess requirements and provide routine services to clients; perform routine building inspections and document repair requirements.
  • Routine maintenance and servicing of pools, hot tubs, boiler room, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
  • Follow up on work completed by external contractors and report and issues to manager.
  • Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
A few things we are looking for in a new team member:
  • 3-5 years' experience in a leadership role.
  • A thorough understanding of plumbing, heating, water chemistry, swimming pool operations, and DDC controls.
  • Strong time management skills with ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • One or more related trade certificates.
  • Competent using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
