Position: Golf Service Back Shop Supervisor

As the Golf Service Back Shop Supervisor, you will lead by example in executing key Back Shop duties. Your responsibilities include power cart fleet management, Passholders and rental golf club storage, and maintenance of golf practice areas. You will also oversee training, scheduling, and payroll approval for the Back Shop team.


Your contributions to the team:

  • Ensure facilities are immaculate and well-stocked.
  • Support daily course operations, tournaments, and events.
  • Manage golf cart preparation, coordination, and cleaning.
  • Complete additional assigned tasks and duties.

What we look for in a team member:

  • Supervisory or leadership experience (1 year).
  • Customer service experience (1-2 years).
  • Previous experience in the Golf Industry is a plus.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
  • Excellent team and communication skills.
  • Availability for morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
