**The Role**
As a key member of our team the **Facilities Supervisor** is responsible for the supervision of tasks assigned to the facilities team and performing advanced and general property maintenance for Naturally Pacific Resort.
**Your contributions to the team include**:
- Assess requirements and provide routine services to clients; perform routine building inspections and document repair requirements.
- Routine maintenance and servicing of pools, hot tubs, and the boiler room, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Follow up on work completed by external contractors and report and issues to supervisor.
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
**A few things we are looking for in a new team member**:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a leadership role.
- A thorough understanding of plumbing, heating, water chemistry, swimming pool operations, and DDC controls.
- Strong time management skills with ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills.
- One or more related trade certificates.
- Competent using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
