About the Role

The Project Coordinator will work closely with the materials team to ensure the successful execution of projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and promoting Englobe's health and safety protocols
  • Providing support in project planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Assisting project managers with project-related tasks
  • Responding to client and business partner inquiries
  • Performing administrative and record-keeping functions
  • Assisting with project invoicing and payment follow-up
  • Preparing reports, letters, and memorandums
  • Developing proposals and cost estimates for upcoming projects

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Post-secondary education
  • 4-5 years of experience in an engineering environment (an asset)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
