Job Title: Estate Settlement Specialist

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for the successful fulfillment and servicing of Estate settlement transactions. The ideal candidate will consistently strive for continuous improvement, creating win-win situations to balance client experience and operational/compliance risk, while aligning with CB Operations business objectives and RBC's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, focusing on their needs and the organization's goals.
  • Meet established benchmarks for complex client activities, transactions, and processes, contributing to business-specific Client Service Commitments (CSC's) and/or Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Meet minimum performance thresholds set by the team/group.
  • Analyze non-standard and/or specialized transactions.
  • Provide professional, attentive, and accurate service when dealing with clients and staff.
  • Ensure process/controls are in place and being followed.

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly interact with partners across Canada.
  • Completion of Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma program.
  • Strong background with the use of Window-based computer applications, such as Word and Excel, combined with accurate keyboarding skills.
  • Proven analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
  • Maintaining a detail-oriented approach while working in a high-volume environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Registered products.
  • Knowledge of Unitrax system.
  • Experience working with Estate Management System, CART, RBIS, Application Launch Pad, On demand, Service Platform, Sales Platform.
