**Aquatics Manager**

A dynamic leader is sought to oversee swim instruction, ensure safety protocols, and drive team growth in a rapidly expanding swim school.

**Job Description**

**Lead Swim Instructor**

* Teach swimming techniques with an emphasis on survival skills to children and adults
* Develop and lead training sessions for new instructors
* Conduct coaching reports to ensure proper safety protocols and swim techniques are followed
* Collaborate with the instructor team to drive growth and improvement
* Communicate with parents and customers about their children's progress

**Responsibilities**

* Engage with children and swimmers while teaching lessons
* Learn and teach swimming techniques with an emphasis on survival skills
* Use training to teach techniques to new instructors
* Observe classes and perform coaching reports to ensure proper safety protocols and swim techniques are followed
* Conduct monthly in-service meetings and ongoing training for the instructor team
* Speak to parents and customers about their children's progress

**Requirements**

* Current lifeguard certification (can be discussed and completed)
* Outgoing and contagious personality
* Willing to learn and follow franchise brand standards and guidelines
