**Job Description**

Horizon Health Network in New Brunswick is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects with multi-disciplinary teams, overseeing all planning activities, and executing the project plan to ensure the project remains within its schedule, cost, and scope baselines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate and manage projects with multi-disciplinary teams of health care professionals, support staff, executive leaders, and various other stakeholders
* Oversee all planning activities, including development of the project charter, requirements gathering, scope definition, schedule development, human resource planning, cost estimating, risk planning, stakeholder analysis, communications and change management planning
* Execute the project plan, ensuring the project remains within its schedule, cost, and scope baselines
* Monitor and report on project progress, manage risks and issues throughout the project life cycle
* Lead change management activities and coach business leaders on their role in managing change on the project

**Requirements:**

* University degree or an equivalent combination of education/experience in formal project management
* Preference will be given to candidates with PMP certification
* Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, and communication skills
* Experience coaching and/or mentoring others would be considered an asset
* Written and spoken competence in English is required at an advanced level
