Our current nanny has had to leave due to health concerns, and we are now searching for a flexible part time nanny who can accommodate a shift work schedule (2-3 weeks a month, often one week on, one off etc). Willing to negotiate pay for the right candidate. We have one little girl, who will be turning 2 in September.
We need someone to pick her up from preschool at noon, and care for her back at the house until 4-5pm or so Monday through Thursday on the "on" weeks. Off weeks may have more intermittent needs with some weeks off completely.

Potentially a great job for a student who can take courses in the morning

We are a fun bunch and loved our previous nanny like an family. We are looking for someone to grow with our family

All checks are needed along with a drivers license. Ideally you would know how to swim as well, as we have a pool in the backyard.
