About the Role

As a National Process Excellence Manager, you will play a key role in driving process improvement initiatives across various departments, enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and elevating operational performance.

Your Responsibilities
  • Drive Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and elevate operational performance.
  • Teach and Mentor: Deliver certification training sessions and mentor personnel to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead Process Improvement Projects: Identify improvement opportunities, facilitate implementation, and manage change using digital process analytics tools.
  • Generate Tangible and Intangible Results: Ensure that improvement efforts yield measurable benefits, whether in terms of cost savings or intangible gains such as time efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Business Units: Establish strong partnerships with business units to foster successful continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Certification: Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodology.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in process improvement or a related field, with 3+ years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
  • Preferred Experience: 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, insurance, or banking industry.
