Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence? We're seeking a highly skilled National Process Excellence Manager to join our team at Kuehne+Nagel.

Your Role

As a National Process Excellence Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives across various departments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive process mapping system
  • Utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to address inefficiencies
  • Designing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Mentoring personnel and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Leading process improvement projects and driving tangible and intangible results
Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodology
  • 8+ years of experience in process improvement or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, insurance, or banking industry (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Experience as a Lean Sensei or equivalent (plus)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a similar project management certification (plus)
