- Assist the Department Manager in directing staff to maintain merchandising, customer service, and operational standards within the department.
- Develop and implement creative displays and merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the Department Manager to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
This is a developmental position that will educate and prepare you for the responsibilities of the Department Manager position. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in merchandising, customer service, and leadership.

- Extensive knowledge of cosmetic products and strong skills in merchandising and creative display.
- Professional sales experience and proven ability to build business.

Starting pay: $21.41 per hour.
