DZ Truck Drivers - Local Deliveries

Job Details:Pay: $25/hr.
Shifts: Monday- Friday
Hours: 8:00am Starts with 8 to 10-hour shifts
Location: East End of Ottawa

We're actively seeking DZ Truck Drivers with 2 year of experience to work in the Ottawa, ON area. Within this role you will be working with one of the largest transportation companies in Canada. You would be performing pick-ups and deliveries in Ottawa and surrounding areas of General Freight with 80% Hand Bombing.

Responsibilities:

  • Local Deliveries of various freight within the Ottawa and surrounding areas such as: Ottawa, Wakefield, Deep River, Pembroke, and more
  • Ability to do 12-15 stops per day
  • Hand bombing as required
  • Use of Straight Truck with Lift gate
  • Use of electric Walkies and Pallet Jacks
  • Direct Store Deliveries
  • Accurate reporting on manifests/logs and EDL's

Requirements:

  • Verifiable 2 Year of DZ Driving experience
  • Abstract, and CVOR printed within the last 30 days
  • Criminal Record check may be required as part of the onboarding process
  • Ability to Read, Write, and Speak English
