Job Summary

6777392 CANADA LTD is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across various routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Vehicle Operations: Load and unload goods, operate and drive straight or articulated trucks, and oversee the condition of the vehicle.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Communication: Receive and relay information to central dispatch and record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Cargo Security: Ensure the safety and security of cargo by tarping and securing it properly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Licenses and Certifications: DZ class license and Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and a permanent employment status.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with 35 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
