Job Title: Associate - Wealth Management

Job Summary: Join our team as an Associate in Wealth Management and play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and support to our Advisor team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a resourceful and efficient individual to join our leading wealth management firm as an Associate. As a key member of our team, you will provide ongoing, exceptional service and support to our clients and Advisor team, helping us deepen existing relationships and welcome new clients to the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Collaborate with the Advisor team to manage client portfolios and wealth management planning opportunities.
  • Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and other internal and external partners.
  • Assist in welcoming and onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with their clients/prospects, leveraging your passion for planning and organization.
  • Stay up-to-date on internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring client files and documentation are accurate and compliant.
  • Support the Advisor team and client through the Wealth Management process, maintaining an audit of Wealth Management Activities and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High professionalism and one year experience in full-service brokerage industry.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), and the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH).
