  • Respond to client inquiries, including account transactions, requests for account documentation, and account reporting.
  • Assist Investment Advisors with client onboarding and help manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and internal and external partners.
  • Maintain existing client accounts, identify opportunities to contact clients, and manage timelines and key dates for accounts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation in compliance with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements.
  • Help update team communication channels, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the investment field as an Associate.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH).
  • High level of time management and organization skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that is professional, warm, and friendly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures.
