Role overview

We are looking for someone to join us as we develop and implement policies, programs and tools related to Technology Controls and Information Security

What you'll do

· Develop and maintain information security standards and procedures based on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and organizational needs.

· Analyze new information, consolidate content into user-centric documents with complex, fast-paced projects within an agile working environment.

· Write for a variety of audiences, from non-technical end-users to developers, system administrators and integrators and guide partners on a broad range of programs, policies, standards, and incidents.

· Ensure technology, processes, and governance are in place to monitor, detect, prevent, and react to security threats and influence behavior to reduce risk and champion a strong technology risk management culture throughout the enterprise.

· Conduct research on emerging vulnerabilities and keep up to date with industry practices and regulatory requirements related to information security.

· Review internal processes and assist in identifying potential opportunities for improvement make recommendations as applicable.

What you bring to the role

· Demonstrated ability with developing and maintaining security hardening standards, and cloud platforms experience such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP. Cloud certifications are a plus.

· 5+ years of technical writing experience, specifically with security, cloud, software, or infrastructure documentation.

· Knowledge of cloud concepts, GitHub, and technologies. Skilled in documenting APIs.

· Work experience with ContentOps, including build processes, docs pipelines, troubleshooting markup, builds, or CMS issues, and creating guidance and instructions. Previous experience with Markdown, YAML, HTML5 and version control is a plus.

· Proven experience working with service-oriented architecture for cloud-based services to design, build, or integrate IT solutions.

Working arrangements
