Responsibilities:

* Review and edit technical reports and proposals for grammatical correctness, clarity, and consistency
* Format technical reports and proposals to match our company style
* Provide feedback to experts and work together to ensure products meet clients' needs
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to organize and write content for technical reports and proposals
* Develop and publish design elements for reports and proposals, including cover pages and supporting graphics
* Summarize documentation and transcribe text and audio materials
* Contribute to internal technical writing projects
* Develop and implement process improvements and efficiencies
* Support other members of the Technical Communications and Marketing teams as necessary

Requirements:

* Exceptional writing and editing skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
* Intermediate design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
* Minimum - years of writing/editing/communications experience
* Educational background in English, Communications, or a related field
