Job Title: Security Tech Writer/Security Analyst
Location: Remote/Hybrid
Duration: Long-term
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive information security hardening standards and procedures aligned with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and technical requirements, translating them into testable security requirements.
- Influence compliance and governance as code operations for infrastructure security, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Analyze new information, consolidate content into user-centric documents for various personas, and adapt to an agile working environment with complex, fast-paced projects.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in an agile environment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Communicate complex security concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical end-users, developers, system administrators, and integrators.
- Guide partners on a broad range of specific Technology Controls and Information Security programs, policies, standards, and incidents, providing expert advice and support.
- Ensure technology, processes, and governance are in place to monitor, detect, prevent, and react to both current and emerging technology and security threats against Lorven Technologies' business.
- Conduct research on emerging security threats and vulnerabilities, incorporating mitigating security controls into the hardening standards to maintain a robust security posture.
- Review existing security controls and hardening standards, making recommendations for improvements to enhance overall security and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to information security, ensuring Lorven Technologies remains compliant and secure.
- Contribute to the review of internal processes and activities, identifying potential opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adhere to, advise, oversee, monitor, and enforce enterprise frameworks and methodologies that relate to technology controls/information security activities, promoting a culture of security and compliance throughout the organization.
- Influence behavior to reduce risk and foster a strong technology risk management culture throughout Lorven Technologies, ensuring a secure and compliant environment.
