How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Successfully coordinate - direct all food and customer service
  • Ensure high quality results and meeting food safety, HACCP and OHS standards
  • Prepare meals following standardized recipes
  • Work within a set budget to reduce waste, improve production, safety and sanitation in food service
  • Plan menus, estimate quantities and ensure proper procurement
  • Oversee a team and provide ongoing training.
  • Responsible for completing all HACCP related documents provided by management
  • Set an example for other employees by applying Sodexo's food safety standards
  • Know and practice all relevant department and facility policies and procedures including health and safety programs
  • $19/HR + Benefits
Qualifications

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
  • Experienced cook
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
  • Red Seal is an asset
